I hope all of you are doing good. Today I am demonstrating how we can make ginger wine instantly at home. It only takes less than a day for the complete process. We will finish straining it in that time. I suggest you to keep this refrigerated since we made it easily rather than the traditional method. It tastes as same as the authentic wine and the lemon, chillies and sugar makes it taste awesome 🥰🥰😋.

Water (for grinding ginger) 250ml or 1 cup
Sugar(for caramelizing) 6 tbsp
Water(for caramel syrup) 250 ml
Dried red chillies 10
Cinnamon sticks 3 big pieces
water 1.5 ltr
Sugar 2 cups
Lemon 4 big(1/2 cup extract)
1. 1 cup is 250ml
2. Tbsp is tablespoon
3.You can adjust the spices and sugar as per your taste buds.
4. You can completely avoid the caramelizing step if you don’t want this color. You will retain a whitish wine.
